1 Skirt 3 Days (Day 2)

This is what I wore last night to the banquet.  Put on a dressier top, dress shoes and a little make up et viola!

 You see that pretty gate post I'm sitting on?  I don't know what ever possessed me to climb up in it 3" heels.  But C (my best friend and photographer for the day) thought it was pretty, so up I went.  And it is pretty, but probably not worth doing again!  It was taller than I am.  Getting down was almost as much fun as getting up.  I was worried I was going to sprain an ankle jumping down in those shoes!

 These are my new favorite shoes.  I have wanted a pair of oxford pumps for years but have never been able to justify the $40 - $70 they sell for.  So after years of (not so) patient waiting, I was at the thrift store, not even looking for them and found a beautiful pair that fit me perfectly!  Isn't God good?
